Living in Unity Consciousness
Living in Unity Consciousness is a natural state of being. Any detachment from the body and the world that was felt in Cosmic Consciousness is completely gone. The Self and the world are one. You are as intimate with the surroundings as you are with your own body. You are Consciousness, and everything is Consciousness. There is no distinction, no separation. You are the surroundings. There is no time or distance between objects from that perspective. Everything is your own timeless Being, including time and space itself. It is all the flow of the SELF within itself. There is only Oneness.
All life is vibrantly alive Consciousness. Consciousness is Life. Everything everywhere is your own body, your own heart, your own soul, your own Self. Knowing, feeling and experiencing your SELF as all objects and phenomena is so completely intimate that even the word “love” is not an adequate description. The flow of the SELF recognizing itself in the appearance of form is Being knowing and feeling itself. It is pure Feeling, the flow of pure Love. Love gets its feeling of love from the flow of Consciousness experiencing itself in the appearance of creation. This flow is the ultimate essence of the process of creation.
Regardless of what is happening in the life experience, an alive intimate joy of Being pervades and permeates all perceptions, moods, and experiences at all times. Any experience of pain or sorrow is simultaneously laced with the alive, tender joy and bliss of the boundless wholeness of the infinity of your own Being. Suffering is impossible.
And yet, from the perspective of the person, everything remains much the same. You appear the same to others, act the same, feel the same, have the same basic likes and dislikes, even think the same as before. The only difference is that the sense of who and what you are has infinitely expanded to include everything everywhere in your entire field of perception and beyond. Rather than experiencing the world as being an objective reality, it is experienced as being your own SELF. Every object is made out of the wholeness of your own infinite Being. You are everything everywhere, all at once.
When the eyes see objects, the Self sees itself seeing itself. The seer and the seeing are everywhere in the seen. At every point within every object there is the seer and the seeing. The experiencer, the process of experiencing and the experience are all one thing. The objective universe is the appearance generated by the action of Consciousness experiencing itself. All apparent objectivity is pure subjectivity. It is all my SELF.
Unity Consciousness is a far greater fullness and wholeness than experienced in Cosmic Consciousness. But there is no “real” union. Consciousness has always been one wholeness of unbounded infinity, ever in the process of knowing itself, and appearing as the objective universe. It simply awakens to what it has always been.
Oneness is the true reality of your total Being when it is freed from the illusory boundaries of individuality and fully awake to itself. The individual remains the same, only the universal reality of the sense of Being is realized and lived. You are cosmic, and have been so all along.
In every state of Consciousness there are degrees of the depth of experience and the clarity of perception. Refined Perception is Consciousness' experience of the finer degrees of its own process of experiencing itself. It is the refined experience of the universal flow of Intelligence that perpetually creates the appearance of the objective universe. An even deeper, more profound, reality unfolds when the underlying cause of the process of creation is experienced. This happens beyond the SELF, and requires another major shift in perspective, to be fully appreciated.
