Awakened Living

Life is a joy in this state. It is a carefree state of simply being and allowing everything to happen just as it happens. It is living life without struggle or suffering.

It’s not that your personal life is necessarily problem free. You can still experience the same difficulties as anyone else, only you are not as affected by them. You are not overshadowed by anything that happens. The silence, peace, strength, stability, freedom and joy of your true Being becomes the unshakable dominant reality of your life in all situations.

You are not distant or desensitized even though it may appear that way to others who are not established in the absolute stability of Being. You do not have a detached attitude to life and the world around you. Quite the opposite. You are more perceptive and aware than ever before. As a result, you are more capable of acting and reacting appropriately in any situation. You remain established in the peace, freedom and absolute stability of the Self, rather than the instability of the fickle mind and emotions.

You live in the now as the Now. You are the unbounded, timeless, present-moment Awareness in which everything happens. From that perspective, you experience that everything is happening effortlessly, as if by itself, in exactly the way it should. So, there is no need to get caught in all the drama of the mind. It is a state of complete unbounded inner freedom and peace.

The word “unbounded” means that underlying everything everywhere in the environment around you, there “I am”.

“I see my Self from everywhere. I am the non-doing, nonmoving eternal Now, the timeless, boundless field of pure Awareness in which all doing and experiencing happens. Farther than the eyes can see and ears can hear, there “I am”. I am pure Awareness, infinitely vast, unbounded and free. Everything happening in the mind/body and its perceptions of the world, is happening within the silent, pure Awareness of my boundless Being. I am the underlying silent source of everything everywhere.”

Most people live their lives in their mind and emotions, which are generally full of conflict, problems and drama. After Awakening, you live in the peace, calm and silent, wakeful pure clarity of your true unbounded Self. As a result, your thought stream is considerably less and generally only arises for the need of the time. It is a far more natural state of being. Awareness is unbounded and vision is more expanded, yet, at the same time, you are more capable of focusing sharply on the task at hand.

It is a state of completeness and contentment, no longer caught in the desire nature of the mind and ego. As a result, yearnings, longings, doubts and fears are significantly reduced.

You view the body and its perceptions of the world from an unbiased place of unbounded Awareness, beyond the mind. Deeper insights and realizations can spontaneously start to happen. You see that there is no such entity as a separate individual self, nor is there an “other”. There is only one universal Self.

You are now intimately connected with others from the deepest level within as their own innermost being. You can view the complex human psyche from a perspective of clear, simple pure Awareness, beyond the mind and emotions without judgment. Not only are you able to see through your own ego and motives, but you can also see through the motives and ego of others. It is difficult to hide from the clarity of the pure Awareness that observes the mind.
