Welcome to Reality

You live in the now as the Now. You are the unbounded, timeless, present-moment Awareness in which everything happens. From that perspective, you experience that everything is happening effortlessly, as if by itself, in exactly the way it should. So, there is no need to get caught in all the drama of the mind. It is a state of complete unbounded inner freedom and peace.

I felt a soft, gentle sigh, and something very small let go. I remember seeing and sensing something like a very thin, transparent membrane, and once I saw it, it just dissolved. Then... vastness.

Set aside your concepts and beliefs for the time being. It’s not necessary to make something mystical out of the most intimate part of you. Universal Consciousness is the simple, natural, most intimate reality of your inner being. When freed from the false identification with the mind, your inner being is found to be infinite, unbounded, universal Consciousness.

This is true on the level of Being. But it is not true on the level of the wholeness of Consciousness and the finer perception of its internal dynamics of knowing. It is the internal mechanics of Consciousness in its process of knowing itself that creates the appearance of the mind and body, and all perceptions of the world and universe. This becomes the more significant reality when Consciousness fully awakens to the broader perspectives and finer perceptions of itself.

When the real Awakening happens, it is the sense of being the individual separate self you thought you were that is forgotten. It is found to not exist. It was only a deeply ingrained idea, a habit, not a reality. You awaken to being the unbounded pure Awareness in which all experience, no matter how spiritual or profound, happens. Spiritual experiences are only temporary whereas true Awakening is permanent.
