Welcome to Reality

To get the most out of the webcast, listen with an open mind and an open heart in a quiet place free from disturbances, preferably with a group of like-minded people. It is not important to understand what is said intellectually. Thoughts and feelings may come and go. Just innocently allow the silence in you to listen to the silence in the space around you speak to itself.
Enjoy!
